Bonne fête des mères! Part Deux!

Sorry, just got to goofing around and I made a scotland banner for my LJ theme. No, nobody freak, Leonidas isn't gone forever. I just put up the banner so everyone could give me their opinion on it. Does it work with the current color scheme or should I tweak some of the colors around a bit? 

I plan to make a huge icon run here in the next few days. I found some great new icon bases that I want to work with also. 

Plus, I should be updating The Killing Moon by posting chapter 9 on Monday, Tuesday tops.  I'm writing chapter 13 now ;)

So, that being said.....here is also a new sig I made the other day.

It´s a lovely picture but in my opinion there is a bit too much of orange to work with you black background.

Thanks for responding! I do tend to agree with you, although I'm not sure what I could do to offset the orange. I want to keep my text white and my background black, perhaps change my borders to a deep orange?

Hmm... i don´t know exactly what you have done but it looks better now. But maybe it´s just because i´m on a different computer now and the screen shows the colors in another way.
Oooops, i just had my nieces cat hopping on my lap...now i can´t see the screen anymore.....she looks exactly like the cat in my icon,

Well, I changed the subject text color after you first commented, so perhaps you're seeing that now. I'm glad it looks good. Hopefully its pulling it together, so i dont have to make major changes to change it back to Leonidas. Missing him already...*sigh*

i do love warm tones woman, and the pict doesn't lose its clarity , you make them perfectly lol and love the sig!
